| Ebbw river today Went to rogerstone to give it ago today down behind Alcan. Great looking water but not arise seen or a take to our nymphs. There were fish there but they wasnt playing ball,    We chucked our rods in my mates van and went backup to Risca were the fish came alive for an hour , fishing the nypmhs up stream under a dry fly ,lost 2 crackers once again managed to land around 10 smaller trout.      It would be nice to land 1 of the bigger ones i keep loseing but thats fishing. Flyman     |

| Re: Ebbw river today Hi Pete, Risca bypass heading down towards the m4 motorway. Them runs in that photo was were most of the fish were feeding. Popped down yesterday looking for a salmon but the river was fining down with a nice colour but still to low.Acouple more days of rain and i,ll be after them again. Jeff |
