Bit of help, I'm new to this!

Hi all, I've just bought a feeder rod and am going out fishing this weekend,I've got a couple of the new Drennan inline method feeders with mould, now then, could anyone recommend what to use regarding pellets for the method mould and are luncheon meat and corn very good for the hooked bait?any replies greatly appreciated! Cheers
