Dawlish warren/Dawlish

Can any one tell me what the yellow buoys of shore between rockstone
where you can cross the railway foot bridge and langstone rock Dawlish warren.
and is it better to fish Dawlish warren or Dawlish side of Langstone rock and how close to the rock.
any advice will be welcome.

dawlish side of rock is snaggy, good wrasse and bass there
right better when surf running( but dont get cut off) also for flounder
not sure on yellow bouys, could be to mark jetski area/crab pots??

havnt tried for 2 weeks, was weedy then, heard of a few bass so give it a go
