Looking for help in Looe

Hi there everyone,

Im new to sea fishing, but done a lot of carp in my time.

I've been to looe harbour 4 times now and caught nothing other than a cold and i'm sick of it.

Anyone know any good spots for bass near by or even better if anyone lives here (looe) can meet up teach me some tips and show me where i'm going wrong that would be great.

I need to know how to catch from either the beach/rocks/harbour as i can't afford to pay 40 quid a day to go out on a boat i've got 3 kids i'm trying to escape from!
