Well done mate, Where did you fish? Off the beach? What did you use? Ive been down to Exmouth and Teignmouth in recent weeks with little luck, coming back to sea fishing after 10 years course fishing - need a nudge in the right direction!

Were you off that little concrete spit that's down near the railway station? Were the mackerel a reasonable size too as I only kept about 70% with littl'uns being thrown back.

Used a cloth to stop my hands getting in contact, but this discussion about mucus, etc has been mentioned elsewhere so I am well aware of the issue with handling mackerel with bare hands, thanks.
