 Woodspring Priory Friday 02 Feb Fished the admiralty on friday, low water +3hrs. Had 5 cod. Best around 4.5-5lb with the smallest fitting in the palm of my hand. Nice tide to fish with plenty of bites. Hope this carries on for a few more weeks.  __________________ Shads     |

| Re: Woodspring Priory Friday 02 Feb Dont like to say to much but deep breath, here goes, have had reliable news that there have been more than a couple of double figure cod caught from brean in the last two weeks. and at least one of them was over the magic 20lb mark. Not sure how far along brean though. I would have thought they were caught arount sprat bay 2/3rds of the way down the down that is. There have been some nice cod caught from Sand point as well in the last couple of weeks. Looks like smaller cod have moved further off shore and the lunkers are around.
