hi. hopefully going down hopes nose friday evening for a few hours for the codlin and what ever else takes my bait. im going to try and fish the high ground. hope the weather holds up for it. not been down there for a while.

with the wind being south westerly it will be perfectly fishable on the high ground as the wind will be coming off your back..

i managed 1 codling of about 4lbs last friday down there (it was the only one caught in the 8 hours i was there with 4 of us fishing 2 rods each) then fished there again on monday evening and couldnt find the codling but managed a ton of 1lb+ whiting and a few dogs the tide was poor though i switched to a plain lead to try and find some movement!

all fish were caught on peeler crab £100 in bait in 2 trips!! hence i wont be joining you on friday :)
