| Prawning turns to fishing Went out last night to get some prawns to freeze down Took my mate who had just bought a new rod and wanted to try it out Thought i would take a rod along to give me sumin to do aswel so put it out with a conger trace on Started gettin prawns so i was happy then my mates rod started goin He struck into it but it went straight in the rocks and didnt come back out Payd more attention to the rods after this then he got another bite ,struck into it and had an eel on. Took him into the rocks so he left it for 5 mins and the conger swam out so he ended up gettin it in Nice fish, 16lb and was his 1st ever conger  So the prawn nets were forgotten and the foces went to the rods I got a bite, struck into it and reeled in a 15lb eel My 1st from the shore and got me on a conger mish now gonna have to go get another soon   Pics aint very good as it was dark n my phones not very good in the dark but iv tried to lighten them up a bit so you can see the fish Good night for the congers plus i got 70 odd prawns too  plus he christened his rod  __________________ New site! sea fishing devon     |
