| A West Country odyssey I posted on another thread about me winning a two night break at Seabreeze on Start Bay, well there have now been some developments. Emma, as is the wont of most birds, has developed this through a one week break to a full-fledged, two week holiday, starting in mid-September. We have the two nights available at Seabreeze and we'll also be expected to put in an appearance at the holdiday cottage that her parents have rented at Hope Cove. The rest of the time we intend to stay in B&Bs or organised campsites, when we're not fishing a night session, that way, we're never more than 24 hours from a hot shower. Other than the above mentioned gaffs to stay in, we have no itinerary as yet, just a vague determination to start out one, mid-September, Friday evening and hop from venue to venue, along the East/South Devon coast, fishing up to two venues per 24 hours. any suggestions would be welcomed, as would invitations to take me out and get me absolutely wrecked, thankfully Emma is TT ![]() |

| Re: A West Country odyssey Oh BTW, although neither of us could be described as bloggers, we do fully intend to document this trip and hopefully publish it for all to see. |
