lakeview country club and other venues in cornwall

hi guys i am going on holiday to bodmin in cornwall soon and was wondering about the fishing down that way

i am staying at lakeview country club which has a lake and wondered if anyone has fished and what its like,what species are in they and advice on baits and tactics.
any help would be appriciated on this venue and any others in cornwall
