 Life in the Freezer Hi fellas, just a quick one to tell you I fished Aust on Saturday for a couple of hours. Bait was rag and lug tipped with squid. The bites were few and far between but I had one little rattle from my close in rod and a minature Cod came to hand  My other rod gave a massive rattle about half an hour later and as I picked up the rod it hooped over into the fish. The tell tale signs of a Conger vibrated down the rod length. But sadly it did not hang on long enough for me to land it on the muddy bank. NUTS!! So only fish landed was a mini mini Codling.....   I might be out in the Channel soon on my pals boat so maybe a Cod or two might show you never know.     |
