| Clevedon seawall report Hi everyone, Fished the Clevedon end of the seawall just before you get to the first gate. Between 2 of us we had about 8 small coddling, 2 of which were about 1lb the others were around 8 inches. Fished 2 hours before and 1 1/2 after high water, loads of knocks as soon as we got there, didnt have time to sit down for a coffee. Fished with yellow tail lug, mackeral and squid on 3/0 and 2/0 hooks. Most fish came to lug and mackeral but a the odd 1 or 2 took lug and squid. Plenty of people out fishing, Didnt have time to ask if they caught anything. Not huge fish but a good nights fishing considering how poor it has been. All fish were returned alive. :) Tight lines all. Mike |
