Where to fish tomorrow in Poole?

Hi. I'm taking a mate out on my boat tomorrow morning. He's a mad keen freshwater fisherman - I've told him sea fishing is more fun...problem is I know very little about it!! Where should I take him in and around Poole Harbour to catch some sea bass? I've seen some fishing going on just outside the harbour - any good? What about Studland or Old Harry?
I'm planning on buying some sand eels - I ssume I can get some from a tackleshop in old Poole Harbour?
Any tips or advice gratefully received!
