| Old Passage, Aust 31st Dec Frustratingly for me 2011 ended as it started with another blank - this time down at Aust. Baits were frozen black lug, dirty squid and mackerel. Not a sniff. Seems very slow in the upper channel at the moment. Was still good to get away from the excesses of Christmas. Was amazed to see two fellas tucked into the mud bank, shooting and sending their dogs into the channel to retrieve. __________________ 2012: None Lifetime: Codling, Grey Gurnard, Mackerel, Pollock, Pouting, Wrasse, Scad.     |
