where to fish in weston super mare

hello everyone i have had to move to weston super mare for a little while and am hoping to drown some bait has anyone got any ideas where to go as all i seem to see is miles of mud and it dont look too good want some cod and a conger would be good also but anything really
any tips would be good thanks everyone

have a look on the veals website. loads of info about local marks.
shouldn't be a problem finding cod and conger in that area.

ive fished there a few times the old lady lives down there ...clevedon, ladye bay area good just by the bridges if you have a car, kewstokes some call it sand bay and up by the old church fish ok for rays thats along toll road just hang a right along sea front as you come in the lockin rd ,, you can fish by the old pier its an rnli boat station please be careful a few years ago a lad died fishing from there the pier is out of bounds and the tide comes up fast round you but you can get down to the shore ,i heard from a local they might open the new pier again for fishing at a cost the beach fishes ok at times close in usual fish suspects lol have fun hope you catch

rnli only and its well dodgy you get stuck out there its goodnight vienna like i said a local died couple of years ago be safe
