 Portishead 1st Oct night Hi All Went down Portishead last night for the night time tide, 22:50 and 13.20m. I didn't need to get off the jetty as the water only just breached the floor level. If the wind had been high then would have had to abandon ship. Fished 3 hours up and two down. Got a few bites but blanked apart from a sea anenomea attached to a small stone. Used black lug, lug, sprat and unwashed squid. Had to leave early as had dicky tummy and threw up. Better now though and out tonight to test the waters yet again. Give you a report in the morning.
