 Portishead 18 September Hi All My mate Sully2010 was busy so I ventured forth on my own. High tide at 22:45 and 11.86m high. Two other fisher types were present, found out they actually live about 200yds away from me. Small world. Well they started off with a LSD (found out what it is now, suddenly dawned on me). Weighed in about 1lb - 1.5lb. I went back to my rods to change the bait and pulled in a 4 foot Conger, my first. Weighed in at 2.5kg, not got old money on my scales. Well I was well impressed. Then the other guys (Pete and Edwin) landed a codling. Conger on Rag and squid. Had one down pour that lasted 15 minutes, but apart from that, a very pleasant night. So, its 7 - 10 in the Sully and me scores. Regards Nigel  __________________ 2011 Target Beat Sully for number of catches 12-11 so far!
