thunder hole

Hey guys fancy a session down thunder hole, never fished there,
anyone fishing it with sucsess?
what works best?
bait? range? fish into the bay/out to sea?
and what can be expected?

good conger mark, snaggy in close but sand further out,, mackerel in summer along with wrasse and gars,, worm and crab baits might b worth a try for flatties

long quarrey is also worth a go, if u can still get down there,, fish in close to the rocks with rag or hardbacks for the wrasse or go onto the point facing hopes nose, u fish from a small flat ledge casting out to sea ,, dabs, , plaice whitting, at night loads of whitting and doggies and bull huss to mackerel and squid baits
