| chesil last night hi all me and a friend fished abbotsbury last nighrt walked miles to the teeth it was blowing a holey waves 6 foot plus bait used was peeler,lug,squid almost unfishable at first but calmed down around midnight low water we had 2 codling the biggest was 4lbs but some much bigger fish fell further down from us to hermet crab it is killing them at the mo so get some if fishing there by 4am it was almost calm and fished really well with doggies and poor cod a plenty no more cod shame but a good night ![]() |

| Re: chesil last night hi tj dave is right the best place to fish is you get to the teeth you cant miss it big chunks of rock in a line have a rest and then walk as far as your legs will take you the further along u get the deeper the water there are some big conger there so a big bait placed at 40 yards can be rewarding also for big bass and cod |
