hi guys we went out on at 9am started out looking for a few mackerel with feathers and got some decent mackerel and herring for bait . headed out to a mark to fish for ling fairly quiet we had 4 drifts with baited hokeyes for 2 fish about 5lb the biggest headed to another mark for ling had 5 drifts for 3 fish the biggest about 12lb and also a pollock af about 6lb. we then dropped anchor for congers big baits we had 3 congers aboard the biggest about 15lbs , we then headed off for pollock with numerous different set ups and only managed to find 1 pollock af about 4lb!!! a pretty poor day fish wise we normally have a really good trip with this skipper (the boat is called swallow), but everyone caught so not all bad cheers
