| Little trip tomorrow Hi all, myself and a couple of mates are off for a spot 2morrow evening. After hearing nothing but, bass, bass, bass since joining the forum thats what we are after. Few sandeels and a wack of worm and see what happens really. Has anyone fished much around the hayle estury? |

| Re: Little trip tomorrow hi mate, like dave sed surf is best. i find that beach fishing at low tide with a resonably stong westerly wind, the bass will be there. peeler crab or softback crab will be best. or mackerel or squid strips work really well to. |

| Re: Little trip tomorrow Cheers guys, getting a roast down me then we are off. Think i have some mackeral in the freezer. So just mix it up a bit, think we will be hitting it about high tide coz of my mate working. Will let u know how my 1st bass session goes. |

| Re: Little trip tomorrow Goodluck mate,theres quite alot of bass around at the moment,i find lugworm catches a greater number of fish but sandeel or a big macky bait sometimes picks out the bigger bass. |
