| Cornish bass Hi fisherfolk. Went out last night at 8pm till 1:30am. High water 8:30pm. Bait used sandeel,lug,macky.This is my first report in a long time as not been out much in the last few months.Fished gorran haven about 4 miles south of mevagissey.My mate caught 2 turbots,1 flounder,2 schoolies. He was very happy.I caught 4 bass from 1lb 11ozs to 2lb 13 ozs it was a great night out.All bass was took on lug.Also the sea was like a pond.All fish went back, but for 2 bass.
