yes claudia! i had too it was my job/dream lol....... i always wanted to work on a fishing boat taken ppl out ect.....then i met a girl who's father was the skipper of a fishing boat!!! heaven......trouble is i found my sealegs werent too great and was soon groundbaiting torbay! but as i say i got over it in the end and really enjoyed the job...

good report twiddler thats a cracking fish

bit unfortunate about the groung baiting but try what dogmax suggests and get yourself on the lady helen for the cod (bit late to organise a hound trip) with richard and co in the sheltered bristol chanel, tides hold the boat steady and you don't get those long rolling swells as much.

Excellent result Twiddles (apart from the up-chucking that is)

We need the points, because it's official, I'm now the chief eel catcher for Dorset and Hampshire! Tried everything today but the eels loved it all!
