berry head

Went fishing at berry head yesterday, Its fishing well as usual...

got 17 mackerel, in about 2 hours. and than had a big BBQ t'was luvly...

I know it's not much for you hardcore fishermen, but I thought it was pretty good.

Oh and how much could you sell mackerel for, I was thinking £1 each, assuming there around 3/4lbs.

Saul.

Re: berry head

Well we had to give a few of those ones to the neighbours, so I was thinking if I caught a load one day I might as well sell them round, eveyone likes fresh mackerel, and you could make a fair amount off em too. obviosly I would keep enough for me, and freeze some for strips.

Sorry about some of the mashed heads, we couldn't hold them well enough, (with our soggy slimey rag), to hit them against a rock, but eventually we found a guy with a little metal bar.

lol

Basically this is a thread about a fishing trip i did. If you have a question click the 'new thread button' and then choose the title and write your question, then click submit thread.

Try to find the section which would be suitable for the question. In this case this section, (not this thread) is where you should ask.

hope this helps, good luck with the mackerel!

Saul
