| Re: Ians question your best bet will be crab. I wouldn't go any bigger than a size 1/0 hook for the smuts but would tend to go 6/0 or bigger for the bass! I take it you are fishing into the night? |

| Re: Ians question To be honest this is only what I have heard on other forums and through mates who have caught Smuts themselves! I have never been for them personally but it's something I will be targeting this year, if I can convince mulletmad to take me!!! |
