| Lower Lite Failure ! Fished for the first time in 3 months yesterday with the old man - we have been working bloody hard and with my new son arriving its been a while since Ive ventured out. Arrived on the flood tide and fished it up for four hours - glorious setting and plenty of sunshine which obviously didnt help ! Missed a cracking ray slack liner in the first 20mins and thought that might signal a good session - how wrong can you be ! For the remaining four hours and three rods out with various baits we had one bite and nothing to show for it. Highlight of the day was my wiemaraner dog sneaking off with the whole squid and rag worms for his afternoon snack - bloody lovely afternoon and great to be out - just a shame the ray and cod didnt bother !! Oh and a nice wind / sun tan to go home with ! Churz __________________ So near yet so far - Wembley 2008 - Zideered Right Up !     |
