5 star catch at mevagissey cornwall

Hi, me again.Long time no see.Not much been happening in mevagissey harbour for the last month.So thought time to get out & have a fish at the harbour.Arrived at the harbour at 5pm.(high tide 7 pm)6 other anglers Already.So thought test the water's.Caught meny fish boys.All turned around & said nothing ,not even a bite.So thought This is going to be fun.Set up rod With rag .2 hook flapper.After 1 hour bite, a nice ballan wrasse.Thought great another for the speicies hunt.Then had to explain to the other anglers why i was taking pics of small wrasse.Felt very silly.But in the back of my mind i was thinking more points for the hunt. (sad git).& as if things could not get any better.1 hour later,Rod whent again.Pulled out a starfish on the rig. The other lads had never see a starfish caught on the harbour before.So very happy.Always a first time.so More points for the hunt.Not big fish. But after blanking for a long time.Over the moon.Thanks for reading,All the best marty.

Well done marty , we used to catch a load of big starfish here years ago ...alas it looks like they have been replaced by spider crabs ...

Nice one Marty.

If I were you I would turn the date function off, on your Camera. Just in case you catch a good fish or take a great picture. Then the picture won't be ruined by a load of digits.
