Great bass session yesterday.

Hi went out with my son bailey. To hemmick beach on wednesday morning arrived at the venue at 8am.Set up 2 rods with running ledgers & sandeel on a pennel rig. Tide was coming in. first hour not a bit. Very stormy weather the gripper just held the bottom. Then bang fish on it felt big but came off.not very happy.Anyway carried on for a nother hour then bang fish on a nice bass 3lb/12oz. So very happy that it did not come off this time.Any way packed up at 11am. And we headed home for some soup to warm up.It was a good days fishing in stormy weather.Put some pics of the waves around mevagissey & the bass of course. The date on the camera has gone ti*s up. The pics are yesterday sorry. All the best martin. Also mate across road had a very nice bass of pentewn beach same morning, as well 5lb lucky git .
