| Blue Anchor 2 November 2007 Hi All, Haven't posted for a while as I've been having one of those "Can't be bothered to go fishing spells" that was the subject of a thread a few weeks ago. Anyway finally got off my a-- yesterday and nipped down to Blue Anchor for a few hours late morning. It was a smashing day with quite warm sunshine around lunchtime. Very small tide not even reaching the wall at it's highest so only fished for about 3 hours. had some fresh Lug, Squid and a few frozen Peelers and fished various cocktails on pulley rigs. Had 3 small Whiting and 1 very small Pout. No sign of anything of any size, not even the Doggies that are usually so plentiful, but it was a smashing day and I'm back in the swing again.
