| burnham catch report hey, i fished burnham(by the lighthouse)for the first time today with danny("the machine"). it was jam-packed when we got there but we found a spot after a bit of a walk. we were using lug and makkie but even after fishing 5 hours we still hadent had a touch on the makkie.the lug on the other hand was getting lots of hits. the tide coming in produced all the bites(it died after high water) and after plenty of missed fish, i ended up with 4 whiting(one was fairly big) and dan had 1(sorry mate,i beat you again,ha ha).  it was a good day and for most of it the weather was great but for me, i was happy as if i hadent caught today the it would have been 10 blanks!! yay, i dident make double figures!!!!!!!!!!1   cant think of a better way to spend the day(well,maybe one  ) __________________ 2007.doggies,black bream,bass,turbot,congers,silver eel,tope,whiting,mackrel,wrasse,blenny,weever,pout ,pollock,garfish,brill,dab,dragonettes fishing is a pleasure,to catch something is an added bonus     |

| Re: burnham catch report well done mate, sounds like a great day's fishing. I went there a couple of time's last year and when i got home i spent ages getting the mud out of my fishing gear. |
