| 6th oct 07 Hello guy's anyone been down the b.c yet?as a mate and me are fishing it this sat to try and get into this codling action,as i can't catch a cod around these krappy solent waters for love or money.So my best chance i think will be the bristol channel,as it's a small tide so no rip to speak off.So this set of neaps should get the codling going,will report back with the fish or lack of fish sunday sometime. speak soon guy's howie      |

| Re: 6th oct 07 where are you thinking of fishing at the channel.im off to brean sunday to try my luck for a cod,but more than likely end up conger and ray fishing(plenty off them).try priory point or battery point as this is where they catch the lunkers,lug and peeler works well at these marks for the cod.hope this helps mate |
