| Re: Alderney Trip Now theres the difference between me and you & shaun - Ill be in the pub at 8pm whilst you are fishing !!! The skip says we need 10 - 12oz leads for the fishing so could you and Shaun grab a few from Mark at the tackle shop when you arrive or shall I ask the skip to get a few in - or are you two taking leads that heavy ? We are bringing our small tackle box with traces and hooks etc. but no leads - could you PM and let me know if you can help or want me to arrange with the boat please Kev or Shaun. __________________ So near yet so far - Wembley 2008 - Zideered Right Up ! |

 Re: Alderney Trip Chaffeur here...... All packed and ready to go. Double and triple checked...had to take out kitchen sink as would have been over the 20kg weight limit Car juiced up, personal clothing etc packed into small red spotted hanky and tied to my walking stick  In 14 hours time we will be flying to Alderney in 18 hours time we may have landed our first big black bream and Kev may have caught his double figure Bass Thats all for now folks.....see you next week.  |

| Re: Alderney Trip good luck guys have a great time!.. and dont forget to try for a double figure mullet! incase your not sure where to target them... platte saline is the beach (i believe).. and they fish at distance on the ledger with ragworm!!! at night! hope you read this in time see you next week __________________ fishing for fish is not as simple as you may think! |
