Thumbs up a few rays at jacobs !!

kiwi picked me up about 4pm and we headed off to jacobs ladder for the evening, got there about 4-45 to see phill aready there sunning himself.we were armed with crab, rag, sandeel, squid, mackie and tiger prawns (wish i taken the frying pan as those tiger prawns looked quite appetising ) well we fished the tide coming in and had nothing for about 5 hours until the tide turned then i got a small eyed ray of a couple of pounds on squid (returned safely) then a couple of minutes kiwi had one which was a better size ( 6lb ) well done mate ,kiwi was so attached to his fish that he decided to go back to the sea with it yes , you guessed it ,he went with the shingle straight in the drink sorry mate ,me and phill didnt laugh ,honest .then as kiwi put his ray back then phill got his one (about 4lb ) nice one phill ,and that was it for the night ,but we had a good old laugh and good to see phill again ,i cant beleive its been 2 years mate

Re: a few rays at jacobs !!

Hey you guys, sod the ruddy camcorder melarky!! It was like running up the down escalator....where's the shingle gone?

We all had a laugh and I dont mind in the slightest that it was at my and my soggy jeans, expence. Question, How come I had the pi** Heads too?

Phill, it was a pleasure to meet up with you again (no petrol this time) and with all the banter of old. Won't make it as long a break next time.

Till the next time.

Kiwi I thank you.
