Re: Teign Estuary - This Friday

Well, I went down there yesterday, weather was terrible, found Coombe Cellars fished for a few hours as the tide was rising, not even a bite but fished out a massive crab who seemed more intent on trying to bite me than get back into the water...

A camera crew turned up at Coombe Cellars as I was leaving, think they were filming for new relocation relocation as Phil Spencer was there - asked me to fish for the camera!!!

After my starring role and lack of bait elastic I decided to go to the Chandlery and pop down to the mouth of the River (Shaldon Side), fished there for 2 hours, the weather really started to come in and still nothing so I decided to call it a day and head for home and a good curry.

As for the dredging, there was a big boat just of the mouth yesterday that seemed to be dredging. I didnt see what they got but it was definately there.
