Not really from your area mate.
But interested in trying a little further East than I've done in the past.
Any thoughts on beach fishing for flounders, plaice etc., in the vicinity?
East Preston during daylight?

Cheers mate!
Mind you, with the way shore fishing has been this winter, perhaps the pub is the better option!
This weeks blow should improve things?

Ditto that mate.

You been out much recently?
Last decent fish I took, was back in October!
Settled weather since has only thrown up odd Whiting, Pout, & slugs.
A good blow might bring a few Thornbacks in. Have heard of just two, small examples having been taken hereabouts, this last month.

Re: littlehampton,worthing,shorham anyone?

Hi Mate
Dont actually live your neck of the woods but visit inlaws littlehampton about once a month. try to get out most times were down and have been fishing in the area for many years (mostly unsucessfully) Worthing pier and shoreham arm are regular spots. Not had much luck off the beeches and have always had problems with seaweed. Heading down next on 16th feb for a night fish
Very sucessful trip last time down on shoreham arm loads of whiting.
