Rubbish

You can improve your casting distance by an incredible amount with tuition - the rest you will pick up as you fish. The £30-40 you will spend on casting tuition will improve your distance and find fish. Your tutor will also show you the reel basics, such as tuning, magnet/brake adjustment, lubrication methods, gear selection etc. Casting tutors are primarily fishermen and though they charge for their services, you will get a lot more than is written on the tin. Sea Angler magazine has a contact number where they will put you in touch with a local coach.

Most anglers invest hundreds of pounds on their gear, so it makes sense to spend a little extra to find out how to use it properly.

Re: Any insturctors on I.O W

i couldnt agree more i learnt alot from my tournament casting buddys
i learnt for free! luckly for me ,
fishing pals teach each other all the time !
you need to look and listern all the time and use what makes sense to you
look at peoples gear , rigs , bait , casting styles, and marks and put it all together for your self !!!
you need to think of what fish do i want to catch ?
then find the best way of tackling the way you need to catch that type of fish
once you know use all the skill and know how to go out there and bag a biggie
good luck too all
