| Portsmouth 31/05/11 Hi guys this is my 1st post as I've only just seen this site. so I thought i would post a report of my fishing trip last Tuesday night. Me and a couple of mates fished behind the Blue Reef Centre in Portsmouth. We all fished 1 rod at range with peeler and one rod short with rag, squid and makerel. There wasn't a lot about I had a small wrasse in daylight and a devil fish after dark on the short rod. then about an hour before high tide had a nice 5 1/2 smut on peeler on the rod at range. Unfortunately nothin else about and both my mates blanked as well but the smuts are there so looking forward to the next trip      |

| Re: Portsmouth 31/05/11 I wouldn't quite say an epic fish lol but put up a good fight fight for it's size. I'd like one double the size for the next trip though lol.. My aim for this smut season is to break to double figure barrier then see where we go from there |
