Hi all im off to chesil beach on the 9th of October need to no how its fishing at the mo what rigs to use and bait coz its doing my head in coz i sort out the trips and i am only catching the same old fish want to catch different species so could some one plz help me.

where abouts on chesil beach you going i went down to chesil a few weeks ago i was useing a running leadger that worked well had a few good sized bass there is a fishing forum just for chesil beach you could try haveing a look there are daily reports for people the address is www.chesilbeach.forumotion.net let us all know how you get on and good luck

how the traffic ? . i fancied chesil cove but not sitting around 2 hours .. Abottsbury might win as i cant leave till around 4

Traffic not great but survivable. Checkpoint the place to fish.

Roadworks on the causeway to Portland. The checkpoint is the mark to head for.

Right ok never been there before so ill let the lads no. I was thinking of seeing if the lads from the south all meet there and do a little comp do you think they will be up for it. The more people the more money some one wins.
