high or low tide?

ive always fished the tide in, is this the best time?

That question is very mark specific, ie some marks fish better at low and some at high.

Go East, young man; Hayling, Pagham, Browndown, Gilkicker ....

Excellent night tides ( 7pm - 12 midnight from Weds to Sun).
