| Re: going budliegh tonight Well, this should be my introduction to match fishing. So any tips for comp fishing would be very helpful. So far, the plan is to use 2 hook flappers with size 1 hooks, rag, squid and eel. Chuck it out and pray. Oh, and seeing as I need to concentrate on the fishing, I'll only be taking the one case of beer, and all banter will be restricted to only taking the piss once every 30 seconds. Is stealing all the bait from your fellow competiors an acceptable tactic in match fishing? __________________ Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. | Re: going budliegh tonight ...good luck by the way...just remember, sit on your hands, and let them fish hook themselves...fish to the clock, every 15 - 20 mins a chuck. AND FRESH BAITS EVERY CAST - none of this pushing washed out baits up the snood. There are no secrets in match fishing, well, not much... |
