Flatfish will become famous soon enough
hamble river 8/01/07

Well myself and Gary ended up fishing hamble river tonight for a few hours with 1 rod each( We must be mad )

Very windy but stayed dry which was a bonus

Fished low water just with the tide coming in as we left
Ended up with just 1 Bass weighing just over the 1 1/2 lb mark but missed a few good fish

See Photo of Bass

Quite slow at the moment so I think I try back down there in a month or so it see if the fishing has got any better

Baits used Rag , lug , squid but the bass fail to good old rag

Bit disappointing really as we was hoping to catch a few more , but Got us out for a few hours , nice and relaxing Night well spent

Justin
