 Stokes Bay report, Tuesday night. Managed to grab a few hours fishing on the up-to-highwater-only, over at the Inshore Rescue. Fished Lugworm and squid on 3 hook flappers for the princely reward of 3 Rockling, and a small pollock. WOW!  However, the chap next to me managed a few undersized Whiting and Thornback's on Mackerel tipped Ragworm, to go with his, rather more impressive, Dab of about a lb! Good stuff m8, and well done!  Conditions on the night were nice tide, strong onshore wind, starry starry night, and good colour in the water. H.W. was at about 10.20ish. Which is when I called it a night. Nice to wet a line. Tightlines. Sudge.     |
