Re: Fishing at Rhue, Scotland

steve...last time i was over on the Ilse of Sky, my friend and i were catching generally 4lb pollock. The biggest i caught that long weekend was a 6.5 lb pollock.it put up one hell of a fight and was one of the best fish i have ever caught.

Re: Fishing at Rhue Scotland

Great fishing in a wonderful part of the country. Was on holiday last September in Glenfinnan, a little south. Reminds me of home the western highlands.
Will have to shout you next time Im up there. May 2005.

Re: Fishing at Rhue Scotland

Unfortunately my last trip there was before I started fishing again but would love to go back. The area on the west coast from Oban up to the Kyle of Lochalsh is stunning, the only other place I would like to fish as much in the Donegal coast.
