Town Quay (southampton) Last Night

Last night myself, azzer(brother) and dad went down to town quay for a session!!
Well we got to town quay at aroun 8 pm i guess and it was blowing an absolute gale but we decided that it would be ok so carried on,
After a while justin,fingers and crew turnded up but they didnt stay too long cos they had been to bognor regis all day and were shafted!!
It wasnt till about 11:30 until the wind died but we stuck at the task in hand and it paid off when dad had a sole (rag) with a chunck taken out of it (bass i guess) about half a pound in weight then azzer had a nice doggy near on 2lb (maccy/squid combo) and then a few mins later azzer had a 2lb sole (rag) and i had a nice whiting so we all had a good night in the end and we left at 01:15 am ......

looks like the quay is picking up again ,

Funny you should mention it cuckoo I'm fishing this Thursday day through to night am watching the wind at the moment as i fancy Hurst Castle but if it gets too blowy i might fish the nut house instead.

all the morons have left well nearly all of them ,
wind and hurst castle do not mix ,
