Re: Bognor

Ive never fished Bognor Lee but ive fished Pagham plenty and its only a stones throw away, ive also fished aldwick which is to the west of bognor.
If i were you i d fish a big bait very close in for the bass, half a macky or a few squid.
Theres still lots of small bream about and shoal bass but it really is all small stuff.
Big bait big bass
Good luck
PS Are you fishing night or day?

Hi Lee, Fished Pagham a few weeks back and had a bucket full of good size black bream to 1lb, that was about 100yds, small hooks & ragworm.

The harbour entrance just along from Pagham beach is another good spot.

Could always come to Gods country - Pompey I have had some good results there recently as has John (watch out for his report after last nights session - some great fish) As John says, big baits close in really does work - close in like 10yds !

Hill Head just up the cost from Pompey - some good rays being picked up there presently ... Hayling Island fishing reasonably well, lots of schoolie Bass, some to 2lb - lots of small Bream ...

Hope that helps ...

Re: Bognor

Not sure where you mean by the holiday camp ? There is a caravan park near the harbour.

Take a look at the link - you can fish at the end of Sea lane (easy to park) or drive west off sea lane to the big harbour entrance car park - anywhere along this beach is good - daylight for bream is fine - red/yellow beads work well ...
