| Re: anyone fancya bash at the ray next wed 23rd I'd say it was about a 30 min drive from Exeter Steve absolute tops... From Exmouth, I'd go through Budleigh to Otterton, and then take the coast road to Sidmouth, however (and I stand to be corrected), it's probably quicker for you to go from Exeter thru Newton Poppleford, and on to Sidmouth that way. Edit... You want J30 M5, under the motorway, follow signs to Sidmouth (A3052) Rich. |

| Re: anyone fancya bash at the ray next wed 23rd GeeJay : To get to Jacobs ladder from Sidmouth town, hit the sea front and turn right. Follow the road until it starts to climb a large hill. Park anywhere here (If you can). Access the beach at the bottom of the hill and walk a couple of hundred yards to your right. If you look here the bit you want is just on the "P" of Peak Hill Road. Dave: Having never seen you cast, or indeed even met you, I can still pretty safely say you can cast further than me mate. Still, saying that, I've never caught a ray (Or anything else for that matter) at Sidmouth, so what do I know? Rich. |
