Thats the beauty of fishing Steve, every blank session makes you more determined to catch the next...every good session we have makes up for the bad 'uns...I remember once being on a beach in driving snow and a crunching sea hitting the beach. The wind was a fresh (to say the least) north easterly, the conditions were good to terrible ( ), I lasted 5 hrs and blanked! I went home more determined than ever, dried off, had a kip, restocked the essentials, food, flask etc, and returned less than 6hrs later, and landed 8 cod to 7lbs - I had totally forgotton about that earlier session!
