Brighton today (14.8.06)

Hi all,
managed to go boat fishing (at last ) out of Brighton Marina today, 8 of us altogether.
Great day out despite a HUGE tide !! (4lb of lead NOT holding)
Boat haul was 3 nice bream, 3 doggys, loads of pouts, a few atlantic whiting, a fair few mackies and a red gurnard.
Any that could be returned were.
Popped in for a couple of shandies before heading home.
All in all a most enjoyable day, just hope to get something a bit larger next time
