| Re: fishing cornwall The Lizard area and Penznace to Lands End area have lots of little coves and small fishing harbours than I'd have thought would be good. Falmouth seemed to fish well when I was there last year, before I started sea fishing but people were catching even though a large seal was present (fishing from the jetty where the ferry goes from). I could also see some large fish from the underwater window at the maritime museum. Not very good at recognising species but they may have been Bass although I thought they preferred rougher water. Whatever they were they were about 2 feet long. I'd have thought wherever you go in Cornwall there is decent fishing within a half hour drive. |

| Re: fishing cornwall well thanks pross i guess they would be mullet rather than bass but without seeing them i couldnt tell you. but its looking more and more like i will be going to falmouth as everywhere i read falmouth seems to have the most variety of species i will keep you all posted on when im going and what happens but in the mean time if anyone has fished that area i would be glad of some advice __________________ fishing for fish is not as simple as you may think! |
