sandwich/deal beach late last night

Fished with not very good resuklts but caught this strange looking thing im almost sure it a codling put it was very beaten up with cists and cuts on it its almost crossed with a pout what do u guys thinks,



and also had the biggest pout i have ever had from a beach,



all in all not a good night but woukld like to no what u all thinks that fish is, very strange
